Get Holiday Ready with Maddie Hobbs, Nurse Injector at Synergy

Natural enhancement, personalized care, and holiday ready glow. That is what defines the work of Maddie Hobbs, one of Synergy’s talented nurse injectors. Maddie specializes in neuromodulators along with cheek and lip filler. She says, “I love that these treatments can be done with a subtle, natural approach. I want my patients to look refreshed, not overdone.”

Aesthetic Philosophy Rooted in Trust

For Maddie, great results begin with great communication.
“My approach is getting to know the patient rather than pushing the product,” she explains. “A thorough consultation and full-face assessment helps me understand their goals and their biggest concerns.”

Maddie focuses on natural enhancement and patient comfort, prioritizing what matters most to the person in her chair. Her favorite area to treat is the lips. She says, “I love nothing more than a juicy lip fill patient.” She also enjoys educating patients about lower face neurotoxin and how it can contour and sculpt in a way many do not expect.

Skin Tips That Elevate Your Results

Healthy skin starts with simple, consistent habits. Maddie’s current favorite skincare tip is double cleansing. “Use a makeup removing balm followed by a gentle cleanser to wipe away everything from the day.” She adds exfoliation two to three times per week for a smooth and glowing complexion.

A mistake she sees often is mixing too many active ingredients. “It damages the skin barrier and often causes more breakouts,” she notes. Her advice is to partner with an aesthetician to build a balanced morning and nighttime routine.

Her top at home product picks include:
• Alastin Gentle Cleanser
• Alastin Regenerating Skin Nectar
• Revision Revox Line Relaxer
• Intellishade SPF

Maddie’s Holiday Treatment and Product Favorites

The holidays are a popular time for patients wanting radiant, hydrated skin. Maddie’s seasonal go to treatment is Skinvive. “It infuses hyaluronic acid directly into the skin. It is amazing during the cold weather months when everyone feels extra dry,” she says.

Her favorite products for a holiday glow include:
• Revision Youthful Lip
• Alastin Renewal Retinol with Regenerating Skin Nectar
• SkinMedica HA5

For quick, subtle results before holiday photos, gatherings, and events, Maddie recommends Botox. “It has minimal downtime and results in two weeks. Your skin will be glowing and smooth in no time.”

Nearing the Finish Line of NP School

Maddie is about to graduate from Nurse Practitioner school, a milestone she has been pursuing with purpose and passion. “I knew it was time for the next chapter. Becoming an NP lets me support patients more fully and be part of their care from start to finish.”

Working in the ICU has been one of the most rewarding aspects of her training. “I have handled patient care for years, but as an NP student I get to participate in advanced procedures like placing A lines and central lines. It has given me a deeper understanding of care on a clinical level.”

She believes this education will directly enhance her aesthetic work. “The more I grow in my anatomy knowledge and assessment skills, the better injector I become.”

Life Beyond the Treatment Room

Outside of work, Maddie lives an active and colorful life. She enjoys Pilates, lifting weights, live music festivals and raves, trying new coffee shops, and what she proudly calls “professional shopping” at TJMaxx and Target. She is also a devoted corgi mom to her pup, Dolly.

Patients are often surprised to learn that Maddie has lived in ten states during her travel nursing career. Her favorite location was Charleston, South Carolina.
